Funny Money x Plexiglass | 8x12
This piece was my first creation in the Gotham Files collection. As I was brainstorming different ways to bring the Bicycle Joker to life through the House Of Cards piece, I shifted gears towards the the setting of Gotham City.
I imagined a currency theme similar to Banksy’s Di Tenner currency that he threw out to a crowd during a surprise art exhibit. This lead me to layer in face paint and HA HA HA HA for some added Joker flare. For the final touch, I infused the emblem based off of the Gotham City flag.
